We experiment with myco-materials to bring the work to life and inspire people through the magic of mycelium.
Substrates come from agricultural byproducts and food waste, locally where possible. No synthetic binders, additives or virgin materials.
Moulds are DIY or found dumpster diving in London.
People who meet mycelium on a Rot Retreat or Decomposition Day are encouraged to take a homegrown mycelium block home and compost it — rot before regeneration, practised in your home.

Where are we? Sporesight pops up around UK, Europe, Southern Africa and occasionally North America when the conditions are right. We are based between London and Cape Town.
Future goal? We’re working toward a mycelial learning centre: a demonstration in regenerative mycelial living, open to residencies, rot, collaborations and acquiring sporesight.
